Gamble & Spencer offer the benefit of an out-sourced property finance service for professional investors and developers.

The firm was established in January 2000 bringing together the combined property finance and business experience of Rodney Gamble and Susan Leece-Roberts. The ultimate purpose is to expand this independent business by bringing together individuals with integrity and complementary skills.

We provide a bespoke service for the property investor and developer - from entrepreneur to public property company based in the UK and overseas. Our aim is to work closely with clients to ensure that the correct funding for any one transaction is tailored to meet specific objectives. The focus is on matching property assets with suitable loan facility structures for purchase, refinance or development and presentation to the right finance institution. A full service is provided and, where required, an on-going relationship which enables the professional property investor to better utilise valuable time by outsourcing this area of the business.

	Rodney Gamble's experience over 25 years has been devoted to property finance. Initially linked with Dunbar & Co he brokered the funding requirements for customers, which were not suitable for the Bank's own balance sheet. He started his own company in the early 1980s continuing with an independent service to the property investor and developer. During the mid 1990s he joined forces with the CIT Group to form CIT Finance and was instrumental in a successful securisiation for the CIT Group in 1999 following which he re–established his own independent firm.

	Susan Leece-Roberts has extensive experience in both property finance and strategic business planning. From a career in business management of hi-tech products in the pacific-rim with the innovative multinational 3M, she started specialising in the UK property finance market in the late 1980s. Initially with Allied Dunbar Provident and from 1990 was instrumental in establishing the property finance joint-venture partnership, Allsop Selwyn set up with Allsop & Co - Europe's largest property auctioneers.
